RETAINER: Once your collection has been purchased, your booking session has been reserved. For any cancellations we will refund the total amount paid, less €150 which is applied toward a booking retainer fee. The retainer will be valid for one year to reschedule a photo session.

REFUND: Since these are unique products, we unfortunately do not offer a refund policy. You acknowledge that all Products and materials are non-refundable and not returnable, under any circumstances. All sales are final. If your product is damaged or defective please get in touch with us.
